Great base for Excel and O2
Warm welcome, we were very fortunate that the hotel was not busy the night we stayed and we were given early check in, rooms next to one another and upgraded as well. Close to the O2 which was purpose of our visit. Have stayed previously and found the staff very welcoming both times

It was perfect for our needs.
We chose the Novotel Excel for it’s proximity to London City Airport but the hotel was at the high standard that you’d expect. Plush but serviceable with a great view over the developing dock lands area and within walking distance to the Greenwich Cable Cars.
